- FJFaye JacksonMay 17, 20261.0Rubbish store rubbish staff and rubbish delivery drivers to Order came no food just 2 drinks that wasn’t mine refunded me half the amount so I paid £6 for 2 drinks and one the delivery driver dropped on my doorstep because the bag was soaking. It’s no better when you go in to eat either

I have heard a lady in there speaking appalling towards other young ladies. I was gobsmacked as I have never seen this behaviour from customer service before. when I asked her name she was extremely rude and told me to "mind my own business" which was profound. I will be putting a report in as I got her name from another member of staff and her name was holly or Hallie I'm not too sure but she has ginger hair and isn't very hard to miss. and if this all isn't bad enough she also had the absolute rudeness to say that my food wasn't mine until I continuingly showed her my receipt and my online banking where I payed. she then said as she was "manager" she had the right to kick me out. ridiculous.
